Daarom werk ik, als dat past, met materialen die helpen verlies, herinneringen of pijn zichtbaar en voelbaar te maken. Denk aan het leggen van een levenslijn, het bekijken van (oude) foto\u2019s, het beschilderen van een hart van klei, of het gebruiken van voorwerpen zoals een favoriete sjaal, een oude brief, een muziekdoosje of een speciaal familiestuk. Door letterlijk in beweging te komen, ontstaat er ook innerlijke beweging: het lichaam en het hoofd komen weer in verbinding met elkaar. Beweging werkt helend fysiek, emotioneel \u00e9n mentaal. U hoeft niets te bewijzen. Alleen maar te zijn.
